It is an old adage but an organisation is only as strong as its people.
SESI staff have worked globally for many years and engaged with numerous communities in 19 different countries to find workable solutions to energy related challenges. Our people understand the development aspects to this type of engineering and know that without capacity building and training, many projects to not survive long enough to deliver on their promises.
Our staff have a range of specific engineering qualifications and experience needed to function and cope with the various difficulties that isolated communities present. Logistics, extreme weather and unstable politics are all normal environments for the SESI project staff, and our project track record shows that we are able to surmount inherent challenges and deliver on the contract demands despite this.
